  • Local orders will be delivered via Hongkong Post EC-GET or SF Express. We will ship within 5–7 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected—please check the estimated delivery time at checkout.

  • International orders will be delivered via SF Express / EMS / UPS / Quantium / EconomiQ / JD Logistics. We will ship within 5–7 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected—please check the estimated delivery time at checkout.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be dispatched in a single shipment once all items are available for delivery.
