• • All orders (excluding pre-order items) are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
    

  • Local orders will be delivered via Hongkong Post EC-GET or SF Express. We will ship within 2–10 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected—please check the estimated delivery time at checkout.

  • EC-GET customers: Please enter a valid pickup address at checkout to avoid delays. Pickup points include Post Office Counters / iPostBox or 7-Eleven (orders under 2kg only). Find pickup locations →

  • International orders will be delivered via SF Express / EMS / UPS / Quantium / EconomiQ / JD Logistics. We will ship within 2–10 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected—please check the estimated delivery time at checkout.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be dispatched in a single shipment once all items are available for delivery.
